Jackson Holliday
The top pick of the 2022 draft is not only the top prospect of the Orioles, but all of baseball. In his first full professional season; he showed why he is the MLB top prospect as he was promote incredible four times in 2023. Excelling at every level except for AAA, but still respectful without the context he was still ONLY 19 at the time. At only 20 years old, he is making a big push to make the Orioles opening game roster. Most believe that he will move to 2nd Base with Gunnar Henderson at SS.
Strength
He is consider the best hitting prospect at the moment. The vision and approach at the plate is very advance especially for someone his age. He was one of only eight hitter in the minors to walk over 100 times. About the only thing lacking is the power which isn't surprising for someone at his age and build. He is a plus runner who can probably steal 20-25 bases a year.
Weakness
His main weakness or question about him is his arm. However, moving him to second baseman will null this out.
